At AmeriCare, we allow our clients to choose their own caregiver. In addition, once the caregiver is chosen, we will not dismiss them from that position unless the client requests a removal. When the situation calls for it, we will gladly provide substitute caregivers as well.
We offer a choice in caregivers.
We work hard to find caregivers that can meet a client’s specific needs. As we mentioned above, we permit the client to pick their caregiver! To help them choose their perfect match, we provide clients with the caregiver’s resume, picture and background check results. They can then meet with the caregiver face-to-face before they make a decision.
We offer flexible caregiving plans.
Our clients can work one-on-one with their caregiver to create a personalized plan. We do not implement limitations on our caregivers and it is up to the client and the caregiver to establish the proper non-medical caregiving service plan.
We use a system based on referrals.
That is why our clients are matched with the highest quality caregiving services. We employ our staff at a greater rate than the competition. Because we take care of our caregivers, they are even more devoted to taking care of our clients.
